Dr. Georges Saadeh was born in 1930 in Chabtine, Batroun.

Saadeh studied Arabic literature at the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts. He got his Phd from a university in Spain.

After returning from Spain, Saadeh has become Pierre Gemayel’s advisor.

Saadeh was elected deputy of Batroun in 1968.

In 1989 Saadeh was elected as the president of the Kataeb party.

Dr. Georges Saadeh wrote a book “My story with the Taif agreement” witch was distributed after his death.

Saadeh passed away in 1998.
