Lillete Dubey was born in Mumbai, India. She is the mother of Neha Dubey who is also an Indian actress, who starred in the Bollywood Movie Mira Nair Monsoon Wedding.

Lillete Dubey is also the mother of Ira Dubey another indian actress who took a lead role in the movie The President Is Coming.

Lillete first role was in the 1997 movie Kabhie Kabhie.

She also took role in many movies such as My Brother Nikhil, Kal Ho Naa Ho, Monsoon Wedding, Fauj Mein Mauj and Pankh.
