Neshan Der Haroutounian is an Armenian / Lebanese new generation TV personality. Neshan who is also spelled on the web as (Nichan or Nishan or Neeshan) was able to get himself a reputable seat among the Arab TV-Presenters.
Neshan is a young man whose dream to becoming a celebrity on TV soon came to reality when New Television - New TV gave him the opportunity to have his own show and program on their air waves.
Neshan soon had his first hit show, Maestro for a year or so this program was a big hit in Lebanon. Neshan soon moved to Akid Maestro, a new name for the same program, but this time a bigger budget was invested in this show from decoration to effects.
Neshan later moved to a program called Shako Mako which is an iraqi word which means How are you doing?
Shakou Makou is a 120 minute entertainment show where in each episode Neshan and one of his comedian friends unveil the personal and professional life of their guests, who are celebrities from the political, literary, art, sports and civil society.
With Shakou Makou, New TV opened a new chapter in its own history for Arabic talk shows, mainly because all tackled topics are inspired from the hidden corners of the guest''s life. Of course while this is a unique topic for New TV, the idea of digging into celebrities Lives is nothing new, since it was introduced by LBC and Tony Khalifeh in entertainment talk shows like Saa Be Orb El Habibi, Liman Yajro, and Haza Ana.

Neshan came back on Television with Ramadan, after the Israeli war on Lebanon was over; in a new look for his show, this time it was called... Akid Akid Maestreo.
