MISSION
To be a leader in the market of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and related technologies in Lebanon and the Middle East, in both the private and public sectors.
HISTORY
GeoVision was established in 1998 by Middle East InfoSearch, a market research agency, and EDM, an IT Solutions provider, in order to develop Geographic Information Systems (GIS) products and services.
In early 2000, GeoVision raised its capital with the help of Lebanon Invest and South For Construction.
APPROACH
GeoVision has developed a unique approach that is adapted to the Middle Eastern business and technical environment. The company provides turnkey solutions in order to deliver effective and complete services: it supplies the data, the maps, the software and the services needed. Rather than sell a specific product, it acts as the clients’ consultant and provides each with an adapted practical solution.
GeoVision strives to develop inexpensive solutions, and has succeeded recurrently in that respect by using available technology and effective management to reduce cost.

GeoVision combines in its full-time staff expertise in the fields of Information Technology (software design, networking, hardware), Market Research, data collection and physical surveys, Remote Sensing, Mapping, Urban Planning and Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Project Management, and of course Geographic Information Systems, where all come together.
