Dolly Shaheen

Dolly Shaheen is a Lebanese singer and actress, who appeared in the mid 2000s. Also written Dolly Shahine, Dolly Shaheen was a Catholic and her husband "Sas Selim Clip" is Maronite.

Dolly Shaheen faced many problems while attempting to divorce her husband, since it is relatively complicated for most christian churches and denominations in Lebanon to carry through with divorce.

Dolly Shaheen took advantage of the religious freedom the Constitution guarantees and embraced Islam in order to facilitate her divorce procdures.
Actually, in the mid year of 2008, Dolly recoursed to the Egyptian court and judges asking for a divorce. By embracing Islam, she made her marriage contract void.

Dolly Shahine has few good songs and she appeared in few Egyptian movies.
