Fady Frem also known as Fadi Fram was born in Achrafieh, Lebanon in the year 1953.

Fady Frem was the former leader of the Lebanese Forces (LF) a well known Christian political party.

Fady Frem has a degree in mechanical engineering from the A.U.B, and a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A & M.

Fady Frem also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Frem was married to Lena Abou Nader, the grand daughter of Pierre Gemayel.
