Lena Chamamyan is a Syrian singer of Armenian origin. Chamamyan was born in Damascus, Syria.

Lena Chamamyan started singing in concerts at the age of five.

In 2002, Lena Chamamyan received a degree in Business and decided to study Music.

In 2007, She graduated as a Classical Singer with a degree in Music from The High Institute of Music in Damascus. Lena has a special love for both Jazz and traditional Armenian music.

In 2006, Lena Chamamyan released her first album entitled "Hal Asmar Elon". She worked with Basel Rajoub a famous musician and trumpet player from Aleppo, Syria. Her first album was able to portrait her oriental style combined with Jazz tunes.

In September of that same year, Lena and Basel received the the first Radio Monte Carlo Moyen-Orient Music Award. An event which took place at Al Hussein Cultural Centre in Amman, Jordan.

In mid of 2007 Chamamyan her second album entitled "Shamat". The album was launched at Al-Hamra Theater in Damascus, Syria.
