Early in the year 2009, Fanoos.com conducted an online poll to survey the most and best radio station in Lebanon for the years 2008-2009.
The survey ran for almost 2 months during the early 2009, and had close to 10,000 unique votes from all around the world.
The winner of the best radio station in lebanon award and at number 1 for the years 2008-2009 was Radio Delta Rotana with 16.2 % of the total votes.
Voice of Lebanon (VDL) came at number 2 with 15.3 % of votes and a very close match with the number one rank.
Radio Nostalgie and Sawt El Ghad both were ranked as number 3.
Radio One and Radio Orient were ranked at number 4.
