Wedding Songs

Wedding Songs from around the world differ from a place to another, even within the same region or culture you still have differences.

At the church the music is kind of classic and standard, with less singing and more focus on the event of the marriage ceremony itself.

In the middle east where music is loud and dominant, dancing does take place and dominate.

At the same time there are a number of classical songs which are part of Al-Zaffa, the celebration of marriage.

Some traditional dancing groups perform the dance with Al-Sayf (The Sword), with traditional clothing and costumes.

There are a number of Wedding songs for Al-Zaffa or Al Zaffeh or what is really called Zafet El Arous (the bride celebration of wedding)

Many singers such as Hoda Sultan, Sharifa Fadil and Farid El Attrach has classical songs which are almost used every time during the wedding songs. Other artists such as Walid Toufic, Nouhad Tarbay and Rabih El Khawli and others have classical wedding songs which are also recommended.
