Miss Arab World

Miss Arab World is a very conservative beauty pageant event which takes place every year in Cairo Egypt.

Miss Arab World aims at selecting the most beautiful women from the Arab World with a focus on not only external beauty, but much more on morals and values. To note that there is no swimsuit competition, and head covers are accepted in this pageant.

Hanan Nasr from Egypt is the founder Miss Arab World. She holds all the rights to the event and its concept since the year 2006. Still a more recent event Miss Arab USA Pageant
was created following a similar concept, but tailored towards the Arab communities of the USA.

The event is held on a yearly basis and gets a lot of coverage by many newspapers and magazines from around the Middle East.


Miss Arab World winners:

Miss Arab World 2006 is Nadia Bin Fadla from Tunisia.

Miss Bahrain, Wafa Yaqoop was crowned Miss Arab World 2007.

Mawadda Nour from Saudi Arabia was crowned Miss Arab World 2009.
