Maya Nehme is an Arabic Pop singer from Lebanon.
Maya Ahmad Nehme, also written Maya Nehmeh, was born in Tyre Lebanon on December 9, 1987, to a Russian mother (Irina Khatskevitch) and a Lebanese father (Ahmad Nehme) both pediatricians.
Maya Nehme took part in the reality TV Talent show Star Academy on LBC 2006, and was included in the Pan Arab Tour of Star Academy 3. She is now signed under the label New Wave Productions ran by Walid Al Massih.
In 2009, Maya Nehme released her debut single 'War'a Bayda'.
Maya Hobbies include Playing music instruments, dancing and singing. She is actually a salsa dancer, and has performed at numerous parties and events in Cyprus, Lebanon and UK. She also Operates her own dance school.
