Taste of Little Italy Toronto
Taste of Little Italy is a special Italian Festival which takes place in the Little Italy area in Toronto.
The area is located on College Street West and known for many Italian restaurants and Shops.
The Taste of Little Italy Festival takes place in the early month of June of every year. This annual event is a celebration of Italian Cuisine offered by the many Italian restaurants scattered around the area.
Italian music and Italian artists present their best in a family oriented atmosphere.
During June 2011, our team visited the Festival of Taste of Little Italy in Toronto and got back to you with this special video footage.
Unfortunately the event in 2011 was not as Italian as it should be. It looked more like a kids fun fair, with kids games that had nothing to do with Italy. The booths were mostly commercial water, drinks, burgers and such, which had nothing to do with Italian cuisine. Our hope that next year, the organizers of this event will focus more on Italian culture and cuisine.
