Dolly Shahine has few good songs and she appeared in few Egyptian movies.

Dolly Shaheen was a Catholic and her husband "Sas Selim Clip" is Maronite.

Dolly Shaheen faced many problems while attempting to divorce her husband, since it is relatively complicated for most christian churches and denominations in Lebanon to carry through with divorce.

Dolly Shaheen took advantage of the religious freedom the Constitution guarantees and embraced Islam in order to facilitate her divorce procedures.
Actually, in the mid year of 2008, Dolly went to the Egyptian court and asked the judges for a divorce. By embracing Islam, she made her marriage contract void.
