Naya singer

Naya is a Lebanese singer.

Naya was introduced in 2009 to the Arabic music scene by Elie Deeb, after his separation from Nawal El Zoghby.

Naya released a hit single called Batmanna, which was also shot as a music video clip with Mr. Arab Hussein Ayach.

Soon after her short lived success, she was faced with legal complications involving her previous Egyptian manager Yasser Zayed with whom she still had an ongoing contract. Apparently Naya was called Nibal in 2007, and underwent an identity change to become Naya. Her looks also changed she substituted her boyish androgynous look for a more sexy feminine one.

Because of that Naya's other works were postponed, and she gradually disappeared from the scene. In Nov 2010, Naya's contract with Yasser was finally broken off after the case was settled in court. Naya could therefore be expected to make a come back soon...

In 2011, Naya released a new music video clip for her new Khaleeji dialect song.

In November 2011, Naya released a new single entitled "Tezkar", The song was a big success and was played repetitively on Most Lebanese Radio Stations.
