Raja Badr

Raja Badr was discovered by the master of arabic music and song, Mr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab

In 1972 at the age of 17 years old. He joined "Studio Al Fan" in 1973 and succeeded as the best singer of the year. Immediately after "Studio Al Fan" he joined the Al Rahbani group and played his first theatre called "Mais El Rim" with Fairuz, Nasri Shamseddine, Elie Snaifer, Layla Karam and Hoda Haddad

His first success was in 1973, right after his graduation from "Studio Al Fan" when he produced his first hit called "3abordana"

In 1974 he had 2 other hits that are still a great success.."3al-yaba" and "La'ini 3assafsafi"

In 1977 he played "Petra" with Fairuz, Nasri Shamseddine, Joseph Nassif, Antoine Kerbaj and Hoda Haddad

In 1979 he played "Al Chakhs" with Ronza, Nasri Shamseddine and Fadia Tomb. In this event he played 2 roles

In that same year he performed a TV program in Jordan, called "Sa3a wa 3'enniyeh" with Riad Charara and Hoda Haddad

In 1980 he played "Loulou" with Fairuz, Nasri Shamseddine, Ali Diab and Hoda Haddad

In 1981 he was the star of " Cafe concert" that was played in "Casino du Liban" for a period of 5 months. Café Concert was produced by Mr. Gaby Chiba. Raja interpreted 5 songs (Ayya Najm, Leich I7tarak loubnan, 7bab into 7bab, Ya bladi rje3na nghanni, 3addar tallo alzouwwar)

In 1983 Raja produced the first LP called "Ya 3omri". It contained 7 songs (Ya 3omri, La Khwalik, Entartik 7atta Kberti, Bta3rif ya 7abibi, Byetlbo Menni, A3tini 3enwanak and Rou7i)
