Fath Al Islam

Fatah al-Islam, also known as Fath El Islam which means Conquest of Islam, is a Radical Islamic group which was founded in November 2006.

Fath Al-Islam has been thought of as a militant jihadist movement that draws its inspiration from al-Qaeda.

Fath El islam became very famous in May 2007 after engaging in huge combat against the Lebanese Army in the Nahr El Bared Refugee Camp, in the northern area of Lebanon.
