Her full name is Teri Lynn Hatcher, she started her acting career by playing the role of Lois Lane in Lois & Clark - The New Adventures of Superman.

Teri Hatcher got more popular as she played the role of Susan Mayer in Desperate Housewives.

In 2005, Teri Hatcher won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for her role in Desperate Housewives. This same role made her win the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in the same year.

Teri Hatcher also played the role of Paris Carver in the James Bond movie Tomorrow Never Dies.

Teri Hatcher was nominated for the Emmy Awards in the category of Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series, However the winner was Felicity Huffman, another cast member and a friend of Teri.
